1. What is the lead time?
   Answer: Protectors and mats in black and navy blue colors are available from stock on hand. We individually determine the time for unusual delivery (custom colors and sizes, advertising prints).
2. Do you issue an invoice?
   Answer: Yes, we do.
3. What are the payment methods?
   Answer: At the beginning of the cooperation, we prefer prepayment. In case of permanent cooperation, we determine the payment terms.
4. How to adjust the size of the Covers?
   Answer: The Protectors are designed in a universal size, fit for footwear from size 37 to 46 (EU size). In case of different size, we recommend checking earlier by ordering a smaller amount.
5. Is there a warranty for the Products?
   Answer: We guarantee that our product is free from defects in material or production. Only hidden defects caused by the manufacturer’s fault are subject to complaints. Complaints are not subject to natural wear of protectors, mechanical damage (abrasions, tears, tears or scratches, etc.), defects caused by improper use or negligence. Defective products will be repaired or replaced.
   If a defect is found, immediately discontinue use of the product and send the defective product to the manufacturer’s address, with the complaint letter and proof of purchase. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the failure to consider the complaint. The warranty is granted for a period of 6 months.
6. Is the outsole / bottom part of mat non-slip?
   Answer: Yes, the outsole and bottom part of mat are made of non-slip rubber. However, you should be aware that there may be surfaces on which the adhesion may be reduced. The non-slip test must be carried out before using the protector on an unknown surface. Please take special care!
7. Can the sole of the protectors leave traces on different surfaces? Answer: Non-slip covers have been tested on many different surfaces where they have not left any traces. However, on some unusual surfaces, it is possible that the sole of the protector will leave a trace on them, as is the case with the soles of the typical shoe. In this case, we recommend that you try the protectors earlier in a suitable, unseen place.
   We also note that the outsole can be soiled from another surface and thus can be contaminated with a protected sole.
8. Are the Protectors waterproof?
   Answer: The protectors are designed so that they do not allow dirt, e.g. Mud from shoes outside the covers.
9. Can protectors be used in kindergarten by parents who bring children and receive them?
   Answer: Protectors are ideally suited for use in kindergarten. Parents wear protectors before entering the surfaces with which children are in contact. The protectors do not allow impurities, so there is no fear that any surface will be soiled. In addition, the strength of the protectors allows for repeated use, and in the case of dirt can be washed in a washing machine.
10. Do you send products abroad? Yes, we send our products to various countries around the world. Transportation is priced individually depending on the destination and size of the order.
